Bikes must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and not modified, misused, or damaged through improper use.

For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, used accessories, custom orders and modified bikes may not be eligible for return.

Local pickup and delivery customers are encouraged to inspect their bike upon handover before use.

We reserve the right to inspect and assess all warranty or fault claims before approving a repair, replacement or refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage and water damage beyond intended use are not covered.

Our bikes are supplied with NSW compliant pedal assist settings and a 25km/h limited mode designed to align with current NSW e-bike regulations.
